Any capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings provided in BizFlowy’s Terms of Service.

In this Privacy Policy, “you” and “your” refer to you as the reader. How we process your personal information depends on whether you are a Client, Authorized User, Customer, or Website visitor.

By using the Services or providing us with personal information, you acknowledge that your personal information will be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time as described in the “Changes to Our Privacy Policy” section below.

If you are a Customer, we collect information through your use of the Services (e.g., via our Webchat widget, contact forms, review invitations, or Payments Service) including:

  • Health information (if you are a patient of a Client in the healthcare sector)

For Clients and Authorized Users:

  • Access, update, or correct your account information by logging in or contacting us at privacy@bizflowy.com.

  • Submit requests for access, correction, or deletion of your personal information. (Note: Some records may be retained for legal or operational reasons.)

For Customers:

  • Direct your requests regarding personal information to the Client through whom you provided the data.

7.2 BizFlowy Communications

  • We may send you various communications, including marketing, account updates, support messages, and transaction-related notifications. You may opt out of marketing communications as described in the messages.

8. Security

We implement reasonable security measures (administrative, physical, and technical) to protect your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee complete security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. We strongly recommend enabling multi-factor authentication.

 9. Client Practices and Links to Other Sites

This Privacy Policy applies only to the information collected through BizFlowy. Our Clients are independent third parties with their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. Likewise, if you visit third-party websites via links on our Website, please review their privacy policies as they may differ from ours.

 10. Children

Our Services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us at privacy@bizflowy.com so we can remove that information.

 11. Data Transfers

Our Services are primarily hosted in the United States. If you access our Services from another region with different data protection laws, your personal information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We use appropriate safeguards to ensure your information is adequately protected during such transfers.
